Some scratches only mark the lacquer on top and a polish will lift them. Others go through to the colour or the primer, and polish alone will not fix those.
A good test is your fingernail. If it catches in the scratch, it has gone deeper than the surface. The paint is open to water as well, so it is worth sorting out before rust starts.
For scratches that need more than polish we sand the area, fill it if we need to, prime it, spray it and polish it. The paint is mixed to suit the car and blended into the surrounding paintwork.

Questions people ask
Can all scratches be polished out?
No. Light scratches in the lacquer can be polished. If your nail catches in it, it has usually gone through to the colour or primer and needs paint.
Will it match the rest of the car?
We mix the paint to suit your car and blend it into the panel. Metallic and pearl colours take more care, and we allow for that.
Can you fix a scuffed bumper?
