The A22 and A264 meet at East Grinstead, and the two roads run together for a stretch heading towards Felbridge. Take the A264 west out of town, then turn north-west onto the B2037 towards Crawley Down and Copthorne. Stay on it as it runs across to the Surrey side. You will join Redehall Road, which takes you into Smallfield. We are at Unit 6, 100 Redehall Road.

That stretch of the A22 and A264 is a single carriageway and can be slow at busy times, so on a weekday morning allow a little more than the 13 minutes. Outside rush hour, expect about that.
