What we collect when you contact us, why we use it and what your rights are.
Last updated 23 October 2026. This page explains what we do with your information when you contact Ericraft Bodyshop.
Who we are
Ericraft Bodyshop, Unit 6, 100 Redehall Road, Smallfield, Horley, Surrey RH6 9RS. Phone 01342 649 362. Email info@ericraft.co.uk. We decide how your information is used, so we are the data controller.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address, when you ring, email, message us on WhatsApp or use the form on this site.
- Details about your car, and photos of its damage, when you send them.
- Anything else you choose to tell us about the repair.
Why we use it
We use it to give you a price, to arrange and carry out the repair, to keep in touch about your car, and to keep our business records. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.
Who else sees it
Nobody, unless you ask us to deal with someone for you, for example your insurer, or the law requires it. Messages sent by WhatsApp or email pass through those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request, and our normal business records for as long as the law and good practice need them.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also object to how we use it. Ring or email us. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it has no analytics scripts. It does not set cookies of its own.
Maps and other sites
When you scroll to a map on this site, your browser loads the map software from cdnjs.cloudflare.com and the satellite pictures from Esri (server.arcgisonline.com). Those companies can see your internet address when that happens. Links to Google Maps, Facebook and TikTok take you to their sites, which have their own policies.
